Ron & his crew provided a very accurate/ timely quote on the project including a commit to a schedule.

They had to remediate, fix, & finish a tough job on a restoration project I was doing for a heritage property. They stayed on schedule as promised & I was quite impressed on the way they kept me informed on technical details and on-site progress pictures. I was in another country during the process and as the homeowner I was conducting the engagements with Ron remotely but felt very comfortable on each step. This says quite a lot as I’m an engineer and quite particular.

This included going the extra steps to detail / complete a few areas of the work that would not normally be in scope plus we were able to talk thru various points I had for consideration for changes with no problems.

The job site was kept tidy during work and they put everything that needing moving during the job back in place afterwards, not everybody even thinks of that.

I will definitely use them again should the opportunity arise.

Ron Preston, owner of Brooks Carpet Clinic gutted my 1970 home right to the exterior brick walls and gave me a brand new modern home. He hired all the trades people and both Ron and his wife practically picked out all home interior stuff which I was so thankful for. I would pick the final carpet, etc but it was much less overwhelming due to their expertise and input. I have a beautiful new HOME (not just a house). Ron has also constructed an amazing new 2-tiered deck on two sides of my house. It is very professionally build and top of the line. This coming summer 2015 he is helping us finish up by widening our driveway and building us a new added entryway. I am so thankful I had him over for a kitchen Reno quote. I had no idea he could do all that he CAN. I love my new home. I also love that he sold me my cabinets, carpet, tile etc. One stop shopping was wonderful. I Highly recommend Ron Preston.

Everything turned out real good. It’s almost dry this morning. The new underlay turned out real nice. Looks like new carpet now. Zac did the stairs and it wasn’t in the contract -forfree.
